When you make a referral, we will call your client within 24 hours to make an appointment. We will reassure them about what is involved with being referred and talk through any possible care we will provide.

We as a Veterinary practice understand that when your client's pet is unwell, it's a big enough worry for them without having to be concerned about the costs of treatment. 

We will claim directly from the insurer whenever possible, meaning that your client does not have to pay us in full and then make a claim. 

We will ask your client for a £350 refundable deposit or the co-payment percentage on their policy, whichever is the higher. This will be repaid as soon as we receive payment from the insurer. There is a £30.06 administration fee to cover the cost of making the direct insurance claim.

We are members of the RSA referral network which helps to provide the highest standard of veterinary care at competitive costs. It also allows a simplified claims process so if your client is insured with More Than, Marks and Spencer, Tesco, John Lewis or Argos, all they need to provide us is their policy number and we will do the rest!
